Interest Rates

How low can we go? I don't have a crystal ball but I think we cannot go any lower than where we are at. We will continue to upset up the economy if rates dropped even further. What do you think??

I would think that an increase in rates could create a situation where buyers on the fence will make the move and find a home to buy.
